Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing RonYin Pickups. We are a boutique workshop, and we take pride in the craftsmanship of our products. Every pickup is hand-wound, assembled, and rigorously tested before it leaves our shop. Because we prioritize quality over mass production, please review our shipping and processing times below.
1. Production & Processing Time (Built-to-Order) We do not pull pickups off a dusty shelf. To ensure you get the exact vintage tone and specs you ordered, your pickups are built to order.

Current Build Time: 7 to 15 business days.

The exact time depends on our current order volume and the complexity of your custom requests (e.g., specific relic/aging work). We appreciate your patience while we craft your tone.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times Once your order is built, tested, and packed, it will be handed over to our reliable international shipping partners.

Method: Standard International Tracked Shipping

Estimated Transit Time: 10 to 15 business days (after the build time is complete).

Note: Total delivery time = Build Time (7-15 business days) + Transit Time (10-15 business days).
3. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes Please be aware that your order is shipped internationally. Buyers are strictly responsible for any customs and import taxes, VAT, or duties that may apply upon arrival in your country. RonYin Pickups has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
5. Delays and Lost Packages While we strive to ensure your package arrives safely and on time, international shipping can occasionally be affected by weather, customs holds, or peak holiday seasons. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
